Our Values
As church we embrace these values. We believe they are faithful to the Bible, important for shaping and staying faithful to our relationship with God and each other. We strive, though imperfectly, to uphold and pursue these practices.

1
Expository Preaching
Expository Preaching systematically unpacks Scripture, allowing God's Word to set the agenda rather than the preacher's personal opinions. It ensures that the congregation receives the full counsel of God, engaging with the text in its context and drawing out its meaning. This approach fosters spiritual growth, deeper understanding, and a solid theological foundation for believers, as it emphasizes the authority and sufficiency of Scripture.
2
Doctrines of Grace
Doctrines of Grace highlight God's sovereignty in salvation, underscoring His grace, mercy, and power. These doctrines foster a deeper sense of humility and worship, as believers recognize their complete dependence on God's unmerited favor. They also provide assurance and comfort, reminding the church that salvation is not based on human effort but on God's grace and faithfulness.
3
Christ Centered
Christ centeredness keeps the focus on Jesus, as God intended. By making Christ the central theme of preaching, teaching, and worship, the church stays aligned with the gospel, ensuring that every aspect of ministry points to His redemptive work. This focus promotes unity, spiritual growth, and a deeper understanding of God's love and grace, and Christ's mission in the world.

4
Love shown in gentleness and bearing burdens
Gentleness and bearing burdens reflects the character of Christ and fosters a compassionate, supportive community. This kind of love builds unity, encourages believers in times of weakness, and promotes spiritual and emotional healing. By gently caring and sharing each other's struggles, the church becomes a place of grace, where individuals grow in their faith and experience God's love through the care of fellow believers.
5
Servant Leadership
Servant Leadership is the example Christ gave us. He led by serving others with humility and self-sacrifice. This form of leadership prioritizes the well-being and spiritual growth of the congregation over personal power or ambition. It fosters a culture of mutual care, respect, and cooperation, encouraging others to serve and follow Christ's example.
6
Prayer - full
Being prayer-full deepens the congregation's dependence on God, fostering a relationship with Him that is rooted in trust and faith. Through prayer, the church seeks God's guidance, strength, and wisdom, aligning its mission with God's will. Through prayer the church receives mercy, forgiveness, power, wisdom and all that's needed to persevere in the faith, and deepened our relationship with God through the Holy Spirit.
